Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical architecture and design strategy for complex product platforms and next-generation technologies.
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple product development programs and influence engineering decisions.
  • •Drive innovation in product design, materials, manufacturing technologies, and reliability improvements.
  • •Lead advanced engineering analyses (FEA, thermal assessments, vibration analysis, tolerance optimization) and system-level design reviews with risk assessments.
  • •Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations to achieve successful production launches; lead root cause analysis and mentor engineering talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive mechanical product development experience.
  • •Proven success leading complex products through the full development lifecycle and mass production.
  • •Advanced expertise in mechanical design, FEA, materials engineering, reliability, and manufacturing processes (high volume stamping & roll forming).
  • •Strong understanding of global manufacturing operations and supplier development, with ability to lead technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
