Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, enhancement, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) Manual for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Engineering to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • •Analyze fatigue-related data trends and operational metrics to identify emerging risks and provide evidence-based recommendations for proactive fatigue mitigation and continuous improvement.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on fatigue risk, supporting senior management with insights and mitigation strategies for operational improvements.
  • •Lead governance and coordination of fatigue-related forums to ensure stakeholder engagement, decision tracking, and alignment across business units.
  • •Drive assurance activities to monitor and evaluate FRMS effectiveness and ensure compliance with GCAA regulations, ICAO standards, and global aviation best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years (specialization in Fatigue Management, Human Factors, Safety, or Sciences).
  • •Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
  • •Minimum 5 years of aviation work experience in a technical capacity or operational role (7-9 years total with qualifications).
  • •Working knowledge of AIMS, AMOS, and FRMs fatigue risk management software.
  • •Fatigue Risk Management Certificate is an advantage (ATPL, AMEL, FCAL also an advantage).
