Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Architecture or related field and 4 years of experience as an Architect or in a related occupation (or a Bachelor’s of Architecture and 6 years of experience).
  • •Texas Architect License.
  • •Experience delivering zero-emission transit and BEB charging integration projects, including facility planning for charging layouts, routing constraints, utility coordination, equipment clearances, and phased implementation.
  • •Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; also SketchUp for visualization.
  • •Experience producing construction documentation (SD, DD, and CD) with QA/QC standards.
