Job Summary

Coordinate Baker Hughes’ integrated solutions work at the well site, acting as the main customer contact and directing product, service, and contractor activities. Lead integrated operations with the operator and platform contractor, ensuring safe and compliant execution. Train and coordinate HSE activities, support offshore/onshore staffing and resource utilization, maintain Job-Center reporting for DBR/KPI and improvement plans, and drive failure investigations and implementation of lessons learned.

•Direct integrated operations at the platform in collaboration with the operator, platform contractor, and other third parties, following the well activity program.
•Coordinate and train personnel on HSE activities, operational planning, and execution; serve as a technical reference for offshore site work.
•Ensure the project is executed safely, in compliance with standards, and efficiently.
•Serve as the Baker Hughes point of contact for the customer on-site; participate in operational reviews and safety/operations meetings.
•Enter Integrated Solutions activities into Job-Center, provide timely information for DBR reporting, KPI evaluation, and improvement plans; manage offshore/onshore staffing and resources as applicable.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•More than 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
•More than 8 years of onshore and offshore experience.
•Experience as a team lead.
•Thorough knowledge of field service operations, installation, and maintenance; ability to plan, solve problems, and control complex operations.
