•Own Portfolio Monitoring & Forecasting: Build and oversee robust frameworks to monitor risk and revenue metrics for a rapidly growing portfolio.
•Drive Contractual Pricing Strategies: Architect and optimise a risk-based pricing program balancing commercial viability and fair outcomes.
•Fuel Engagement & Retention Loops: Design credit strategies for lifecycle events to deepen customer loyalty.
•Execute Data-Driven Loss Mitigation: Develop proactive risk management frameworks to safely mitigate losses for financially vulnerable customers.
•Lead and Nurture Talent: Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of credit analysts and collaborate with cross-functional squads.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 130,000 annually
