Senior Analyst Remuneration & Compliance Reporting

Drive remuneration, reward, and incentive reporting across the Qantas Group by analyzing and coordinating people-related data and producing insights for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with external remuneration-related reporting requirements, including submissions to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Contribute to HR and remuneration reporting frameworks through research, analysis, and evaluation, and help lead initiatives that support People & Culture priorities.
