Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate interviews across the business, including complex panel and executive scheduling.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for recruitment queries from candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
  • •Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience and manage recruitment communications, newsletters, and updates.
  • •Support recruitment administration, reporting, and ensure data accuracy, including GDPR-compliant candidate records.
  • •Support junior-level hiring and assist with application review and initial screening for more senior roles; manage agency relationships and candidate submissions.
