Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements, modifications, and task orders.
  • •Maintain comprehensive subcontract files and ensure executed documents and compliance artifacts are archived.
  • •Ensure subcontract actions meet CPSR requirements, including documentation completeness, pricing support, competition justification, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Conduct SAM.gov checks, vendor diligence, and subcontractor compliance reviews within award and modification workflows.
  • •Prepare and finalize subcontract modifications (incremental funding, period-of-performance extensions, rate changes) and route for approvals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years of experience in federal subcontract administration
  • •Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR standards, and federal procurement requirements
  • •Experience administering CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, and other subcontract types
  • •Proficiency with Costpoint and other procurement systems
  • •Ability to analyze complex subcontract requirements and ensure compliance
