Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute the monthly business rhythm by guiding WBS teams through requirements, variance analysis, variance forecasting, EAC analysis, scheduling, and customer reporting.
  • •Lead the monthly Cost and Schedule Data Review meeting, ensuring quality data analysis, schedule management, and compliance adherence.
  • •Lead contractual EV/IMS deliverables including IPMR, comprehensive EAC reviews, and schedule risk assessments.
  • •Prepare for and conduct Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparations and reviews with customers and DCMA.
  • •Provide data for executive reviews and incentive-fee management, and serve as level 3 CAM for Program (06.01) F135 Development EVMS/IMS requirements.
