Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process via outbound calling to check client offers and identify needs or opportunities, referring clients as appropriate.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including compliance with current guidelines.

Key Requirements
