Key Responsibilities

  • •Update training materials to reflect system changes, developments, and upgrades, and ensure they conform to configuration and standards.
  • •Establish and maintain training schedules and delivery programmes, supporting bespoke or new training requirements via outsourcing or course creation.
  • •Lead the training cell to provide confidence in personnel competence and currency to the Part 145 manager, including maintaining accurate training records.
  • •Deliver induction training, continuation training (including Manual Handling and Working at Height), and support SHE briefings with the on-site SHE coordinator.
  • •Support audits and continuing airworthiness assurance activities, liaise with outside agencies for training/refreshers, and collect feedback to improve delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Typhoon aircraft general knowledge and competency within your technical/subject area, including understanding of how the team integrates with others.
  • •Typhoon Trade ‘Q’ Course and HNC (or equivalent experience).
  • •Leadership foundation and ability to support continuous improvement.
  • •Awareness of Human Factors, Engineering E&PW, and ITAR.
  • •Fire training (UK), driving licence, and related course/qualification readiness.
