Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, organised store inventory, including packing/unpacking merchandise and processing stock transfers and validations.
  • •Assist with receiving merchandise, system validation, labelling, and correct product placement, ensuring correct price tags.
  • •Keep stock areas safe, clean, and tidy; store goods securely and accurately; organise back-of-house stock locations.
  • •Support sales team by bringing products to the floor, returning stock to correct areas, packaging, handling boutique phone requests, and assisting with replenishment.
  • •Monitor inventory alerts (manual movements, negative stocks, discrepancies), perform cycle counts/mini stock counts and stock-take preparation, and manage customer returns and relabelling.
