•Engage with startups on platform adoption, co-selling opportunities, and go-to-market initiatives.
•Scout, identify, and recruit top Public Sector Tech, Energy, and CAE startups into the NVIDIA Inception program.
•Expand the Inception ecosystem by aligning with research labs, venture capital firms, government agencies, and ISVs.
•Collaborate with developer relations managers and account managers to create strategies, resources, and go-to-market activations with cross-functional teams.
•Report data-driven business metrics and generate trend reports to perform market analysis and demonstrate ecosystem impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 299,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., startup accelerators/incubators, executive or management roles at startups, or platform ecosystem development).
•Strong knowledge of AI at the edge, including threat detection, physics simulation tools, and agentic systems for power generation and management.
•Strong understanding of Public Sector and Energy ecosystems focused on AI startups.
•Ability to lead with a can-do attitude, learn complex concepts quickly, and communicate effectively in person and virtually.
