Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate all MEP activities from design through construction and final handover.
  • •Review MEP designs, drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
  • •Coordinate interfaces between consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
  • •Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance for all MEP works, including regular site inspections.
  • •Support commissioning, testing, handover, close-out, and manage technical variations, claims, and risk/conflict resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline).
  • •Minimum 15 years of total experience within the construction industry.
  • •At least 5 years' experience as an MEP Coordinator on large-scale mega construction projects.
  • •Previous experience in a PMC or Engineering Consultancy environment is highly preferred.
  • •Strong experience coordinating MEP systems and conducting technical reviews, planning, commissioning, and project delivery.
