Job Summary

Coordinate the planning and execution of onsite and hybrid events, serving as the primary production contact from intake through post-event follow-up. Lead virtual meeting and live event support using enterprise collaboration and streaming platforms, managing logistics, technical workflows, and stakeholder communications. Oversee rehearsals, testing, documentation, live signal/presentation workflows, and post-production delivery including recording and reporting. Travel to client and AVI-SPL offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary production contact for assigned events from intake through post-event follow-up.
•Coordinate production logistics and technical workflows for onsite, virtual, and hybrid events, including video, audio, lighting, and streaming delivery.
•Conduct rehearsals, speaker prep, and pre-event testing; ensure event assets and production environments are fully operational before go-live.
•Operate and support virtual meetings, webinars, town halls, and hybrid events across enterprise collaboration and streaming platforms.
•Manage live event execution (including signal/presentation workflows) and complete post-production activities such as recording delivery, basic editing, reporting, and follow-up documentation.

Key Requirements

•Very good English and German language skills.
•3+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast, audio/visual, virtual events, streaming, or similar production environments.
•1+ years supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events and enterprise collaboration/streaming platforms and/or event management systems.
•Experience independently running virtual meetings, webinars, or live streamed events in enterprise environments.
•Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Town Hall, Zoom, Zoom Events, and Vimeo.
