•Scale and Extend Automated Validation: Maintain, optimize, and expand systems to analyze 3D geometry, avatar schema compliance, rigging structures, and asset metadata.
•Enforce Marketplace Policy: Develop metrics to evaluate UGC assets against quality standards and security rules before release.
•Geometric Processing Resource: Collaborate with ML teams to enhance asset quality pipelines and geometric processing tooling.
•Cross-Functional Execution: Work with engineers, product owners, and artists to translate policy requirements into scalable code updates.
•Optimize Existing Pipelines: Improve data and validation pipelines for large-scale 3D assets with high runtime efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 182,590 - 230,020 annually

Key Requirements

•Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or relevant work experience.
•Expert 3D Math Foundation: Exceptional spatial reasoning and deep mastery of 3D math for game engines and 3D environments.
•Geometric Processing Expertise: Strong experience manipulating and analyzing 3D data, including meshes, vertices, and topology.
•Schema & Avatar Knowledge: Solid understanding of avatar schema compliance, rigging, skinning weights, and animation principles.
•Software Engineering Excellence: Proficient in C++, Luau, Python (or similar production languages) with a track record in system optimization and data pipelines.
