Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert-level Oracle GoldenGate support including design, deployment, upgrades, administration, performance, and troubleshooting across Classic and Microservices architectures.
  • •Design and maintain relational database structures, backup/recovery procedures, and access controls to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
  • •Execute and maintain Azure-to-CDW automated replication workflows using Oracle GoldenGate.
  • •Troubleshoot issues with minimal operational disruption.
  • •Author/edit technical documentation and follow change control processes; ramp up on VA Corporate Data Warehouse operations and adapt to new tools/technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Expert-level, hands-on Oracle GoldenGate experience (design, deployment, upgrades, administration, troubleshooting).
  • •Strong hands-on SQL Server experience including performance tuning, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
  • •Solid relational database theory with advanced SQL and experience with database security and backup/recovery.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving ability and excellent written/verbal communication.
