Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the accountable HR Business Partner for business units across Germany, Italy, the UK, and Spain.
  • •Independently manage HR topics and advise people managers across assigned regions.
  • •Ensure labor law compliance and act as a sparring partner for leadership on personnel and labor law matters.
  • •Guide leaders through annual HR cycles including performance evaluations, succession planning, and salary reviews.
  • •Drive regional and cross-border HR projects from conception through rollout and execution of local initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • •Solid foundation across core HR functions with practical knowledge of Italian and/or German labor law (advantage).
  • •Excellent communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management across seniority levels.
