Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the success of a portfolio of Retail & Grocery partners to deliver the best user experience.
  • •Analyze portfolio performance and propose agile, actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • •Create and improve partnership management processes and best-practice documents for specific accounts and the overall portfolio.
  • •Manage partnership development and partner data tracking, leveraging Food Tech expertise for your city/zone.
  • •Ensure partners meet contractual commitments and maintain reliable execution of agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Internship or apprenticeship experience in account management or sales (commercial/account management) is required.
  • •Field experience with a large group (ideally supermarket, marketplace, ecommerce, retailer, or FMCG) is a strong advantage.
  • •Strong commercial skills: negotiation, proactive anticipation of commercial discussions, and actions to maintain a high-quality portfolio.
  • •Analytical mindset to synthesize and dig into data to improve partner performance.
  • •Fluent in French and English.
