Leads technical staff, plans shifts, ensures safety and process quality, coordinates external service providers, and drives continuous improvement across FR/CH locations while overseeing projects and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop technical staff, including staffing and shift planning (including on-call duties)
•Ensure process quality and continuous improvement (KVP)
•Conduct trainings and support performance reviews for employees
•Organize and lead technical team meetings
•Organize and supervise maintenance, servicing, and repair work (conveying equipment, crane systems, machinery, building services)
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations (EKAS) and coordinate external service providers and maintenance contracts
•Plan maintenance activities and procure materials
•Contribute to technical projects and optimization solutions
•Participate in on-call duties and work at multiple locations (FR/CH)

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Betriebselektriker / Elektromechaniker)
•Several years of experience in maintenance, ideally with cranes/hoisting equipment
•Leadership experience is a plus
•Strong MS Office skills
•Excellent German and French language skills (driver's license category B)
