Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves through personalized beauty assistance.
  • •Work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments to support customer needs.
  • •Observe new products and iconic brands, sharing relevant features and benefits with customers.
  • •Help customers discover and use the loyalty program.
  • •Maintain availability during Thursday–Sunday peak trade, including late-night and weekend shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver an amazing customer experience by listening to and embracing each customer’s unique needs.

  • •Provide availability across key trading times (late-night and weekends) and have full availability from Nov 2026 through Jan 2027.
  • •Have previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • •Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
