Job Summary

Drive EB/MB and ETO manufacturing efforts by leading process activities such as layout and TAKT design, PFMEA, and design of fixtures, tools, and equipment. Maintain and improve mass-production manufacturing processes, provide assembly-process technical support and training, and lead process problem-solving with root-cause analysis. Implement and track Engineering Change Notice workflows and partner with engineering on product/design and production technique issues while supporting lean transformation and RIE continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in NPD projects by leading EB and MB manufacturing process activities such as layout design, TAKT design, and PFMEA, including fixture/tool and equipment design.
•Participate in ETO projects by leading ETO manufacturing process activities such as non-standard configuration assessment, labor-hour considerations, make/buy decisions, workstation setup, and jigs/fixtures design for ETO orders.
•Maintain and update manufacturing processes for mass production.
•Provide technical support and training for the assembly process, and lead process problem solving and root-cause analysis.
•Implement and track Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process flows and cooperate with engineering to resolve technical issues related to product design or production techniques.
