Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architect agent behavior at enterprise scale by building agentic systems and methodology for efficient, repeatable, auditable, shippable outcomes.
  • •Own major pillars of the quality stack, including tuning agent behavior for next-generation agentic coding tasks.
  • •Design and evolve hill-climb experimentation pipelines and tooling for error mining and prompt/tool/workflow iteration.
  • •Lead postmortems on quality regressions by clustering failure modes and translating findings into engineering/modeling roadmaps.
  • •Ensure production-minded rigor with reproducible runs, stable datasets, versioning, and operational clarity when systems drift.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 236,000 - 309,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years shipping AI/ML-backed software in production with Staff-level technical ownership, cross-team delivery, and mentoring.
  • •Build and operate eval harnesses, measurement, and/or experimentation loops for LLM/agent systems beyond one-off benchmarks.
  • •Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go (strong in at least two).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field (Master’s+ preferred).
