Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver guided land-based adventure activities in accordance with approved operating procedures and service standards.
  • •Conduct guest safety briefings and equipment demonstrations before each activity.
  • •Supervise guests throughout activities to ensure safety, comfort, and experience quality, adjusting activities as needed.
  • •Prepare, inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and operational assets; keep inventories and inspection records.
  • •Follow SOPs, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), and support incident reporting/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Outdoor Recreation, Sports, Tourism, Hospitality, or related discipline is preferred.
  • •Valid Wilderness First Aid or internationally recognised First Aid certification.
  • •Basic land navigation and GPS navigation experience.
  • •Leave No Trace certification is desirable.
  • •At least 2–3 years’ experience delivering outdoor adventure or recreation activities in tourism, hospitality, or sports operations.
