Job Summary

Provide administrative and analytical support for the Fair Lending Program by compiling fair lending reports, performing quality control reviews, and supporting regression testing and file comparisons. Monitor assigned reports and follow up with business units to obtain required documentation. Prepare materials for management, committees, and regulatory examinations, and assist the Fair Lending Risk Manager with periodic and ad-hoc reporting.

•Compile, organize, and maintain fair lending reports, analyses, and supporting documentation.
•Perform secondary quality control reviews of fair lending files within a software system.
•Assist in preparing reports for management, committees, and regulatory examinations.
•Monitor assigned reports and follow up with business units to obtain requested information.
•Assist with regression testing and comparative file reviews by gathering and analyzing loan documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, systems technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), preferably in a financial institution.
•Knowledge of fair lending regulatory compliance.
•Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and regression analysis to identify and analyze pricing, underwriting, and servicing disparities across the credit life cycle.
•3–5 years of experience in product pricing and credit underwriting and/or fair lending compliance.
•Experience building analytical reports and working knowledge of Fair Lending Analytics tools and bank loan policy underwriting/pricing guidelines.
