Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day administration and health of the business applications portfolio, with NetSuite as the center of gravity.
  • •Run SOX change management end to end, coordinating test/UAT, Controller approval, production deployment, and post-go-live validation.
  • •Build and maintain integrations between applications using SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, REST APIs, middleware, and responsible token/data handling.
  • •Own access governance including SSO and SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly SOX access reviews, and closing deprovisioning gaps.
  • •Manage the business applications request backlog in Jira (triage, prioritize with stakeholders, and communicate delivery timelines) and support external SOX/SOC 1 audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •5+ years administering business applications, including 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, SuiteScript).
  • •Experience running change management and user access controls in a SOX-regulated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of at least three additional systems in the portfolio (e.g., PSA, procure-to-pay, expense, close management, contract lifecycle, incentive compensation).
  • •Experience with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning, ideally with Microsoft Entra ID.
