Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and pull diagnostic data to determine root causes.
  • •Practice safe job practices for equipment repair and remain knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed; when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain the service vehicle clean and professional.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
