Educate clients on digital, self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-trained to assist branch sales and service activities, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
