Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI and tooling across C&P Operations workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Background in AI/ML, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience building AI-driven applications, agents, or automation solutions using extensive language models and contemporary AI frameworks.
  • •Proficiency in Python (or comparable languages) with experience handling APIs, MCPs, and integrations.
  • •Strong software engineering practices, including clean code, Git, testing rigor, maintainability, and comfort working with data.
