Job Summary

Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing to support operational needs and supply chain objectives. Execute buyer work for a supplier group, process RFQs and purchase orders, and maintain supplier portal activities. Analyze contract performance, monitor delivery gaps and root causes of overdue deliveries, and drive supplier improvements through risk and data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects to support procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute standard buyer work to manage a group of suppliers, using systems/tools to place demand, confirm commitments, and ensure on-time delivery.
•Process and maintain RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier portal activities.
•Analyze and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
•Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier improvement activities by identifying trends, managing risks, and using procurement tools.
•Review critical shortages with stakeholders, collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery schedules, and analyze root causes of overdue deliveries to implement permanent solutions.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, or PRISM) in a supply chain/procurement environment.
•Minimum 5 years of supplier management experience, including performance improvements, mitigating supply chain risks, and handling RFQs, purchase orders, supplier portals, and procurement workflows.
•Advanced English proficiency.
•Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions and compliance with company policies.
