Job Summary

Lead delivery, implementation, support, and optimization of Workday platform solutions across the enterprise. Drive Workday integrations and API-based connectivity using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST, Cloud Connect, and Orchestrate, and manage Extend development lifecycle from configuration to production support. Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational compliance while leading and mentoring a team of integration developers in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery and operational support of the Workday platform, including tenant management, release management, and platform administration.
•Manage implementation, deployment, and production support for Workday technical solutions and enhancements while ensuring stability, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
•Lead development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, Identity, and third-party systems using Workday integration tools and APIs.
•Deliver Workday Extend applications and custom technical solutions, including configuration, testing, deployment, support, and documentation.
•Lead and manage a team of Workday integration developers, coordinating project execution, resource planning, Agile delivery, and technical guidance/mentoring.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of Workday technical experience across integrations, APIs, and platform support.
•5+ years leading technical teams or Workday delivery initiatives.
•Strong expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday Security, and Workday Extend.
•Experience integrating Workday with enterprise applications and cloud platforms, with strong troubleshooting and SDLC/testing/deployment/production support knowledge.
