Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and respond to inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members across product suites.
  • •Interpret and apply daily product changes and enhancements to resolve general account, plan fee, or plan inquiry questions.
  • •Maintain compliant documentation of conversations and use information to deepen customer relationships.
  • •Ensure adherence to FINRA rules, professional licensing requirements, Nationwide policies, plan documents, and state/local laws.
  • •Educate customers on plan and contract implications, including tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, and lifetime income.

Key Requirements
