Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stock handling processes including processing and unpacking deliveries, store transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and inventory management.
  • •Support customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations through consistent procedures.
  • •Track stock-related KPIs and partner with the Store Manager to action improvements.
  • •Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
  • •Process sales in compliance with cash handling guidelines and support store security, safety, and loss-prevention programs.
