•Take inbound customer service calls and answer dental professional questions and concerns.
•Take ownership of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to achieve one-call resolution.

•Complete warranties, exchanges, and returns in a timely manner and process account payments and credit/debit memos submissions.
•De-escalate dissatisfied customer situations through effective questioning and troubleshooting, and nurture customer relationships to drive recommendations.
