Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for USAA members within established guidelines. You’ll confirm coverage, assess liability exposure, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, and make Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals when needed. This field-based role uses technology and virtual inspections first, with occasional in-person inspections and travel for catastrophe responses, while maintaining thorough claim documentation and managing complex outcomes.
