Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the Finance process intelligence strategy aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps.
  • •Drive end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • •Translate process insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions such as automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements.
  • •Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered and measured business value.
  • •Define and standardize process KPIs, benchmarks, dashboards, and self-service enablement via data products, playbooks, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
  • •Hands-on experience with process intelligence/process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar.
  • •Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows.
  • •Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
