Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
  • •Proven ability to drive and exceed sales goals, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • •Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • •At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
