Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized HR service solutions that improve client retention and growth.
  • •Focus on compliance-related HR needs, including monitoring payroll trends and ensuring policies/actions align with legal requirements.
  • •Collaborate with client, sales, and operations to support transition to Vensure and maintain long-lasting partnerships.
  • •Provide HR deliverables such as handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans, and hiring/onboarding processes.
  • •Lead employee-relations support including coaching/counseling, reduction in force decisions, termination analysis, separation agreements, investigations, and exit interviews; document in CRM/HRIS.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 71,176 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •2 to 4 years of HR experience.
  • •Knowledge of HR best practices with emphasis on employee relations and federal, state, and local laws.
  • •Working knowledge across HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational diagnosis, performance management, recruitment, and compensation/benefits.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with HRIS/payroll platforms preferred.
