Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction on WSP Land projects, ensuring delivery of land referencing, land acquisition, land access, and related services.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement with landowners and public authorities to secure land rights and manage compensation and formal processes.
  • •Oversee bid management activities, including bid writing, review, and submission to secure new work and client opportunities.
  • •Develop and implement resource strategies for high-performing land teams, including talent retention and succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Engagement, Environmental, and Planning disciplines to identify multidisciplinary opportunities and grow the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Geography, Agriculture, Land and Estate Management, or related discipline
  • •Proven leadership in delivering land services for major infrastructure projects
  • •Extensive experience in land referencing, land acquisition, land access, and landowner engagement
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with landowners and public bodies
  • •Ability to lead bid management, bid writing, and development of compelling bids and tenders
