Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Product Owner for the Software value stream, owning the roadmap, defining user stories, and prioritizing the backlog by business value.
  • •Engage stakeholders to drive end-to-end software execution and measurement across the enterprise.
  • •Gather and translate requirements via stakeholder interviews, process mapping, process improvement, and functional specifications for technical teams.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize business/functional requirements that expand Honeywell’s software sales business.
  • •Partner with data engineering to automate financial and operational metric reporting, and lead change management, UAT, adoption, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, business administration, data analytics, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • •6 years of relevant experience in transformation or product management.
  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing complex backlogs.
  • •Strong experience in financial systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, and Hyperion.
  • •Deep understanding of SaaS monetization and subscription metrics (ARR/NRR/GRR), plus business analysis (process mapping, data modeling, translating needs to technical teams).
