Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost planning and optioneering activities from feasibility to final cost plans, presenting the cost plan to clients and stakeholders.
•Manage post-contract cost management including change evaluation, monthly cost reporting, and payment certification.
•Conduct cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation to provide cost assurance across project stages.
•Engage in commercial discussions and negotiations with contractors/subcontractors; support contract administration in line with practices.
•Participate in probabilistic risk assessments (QRA) to calculate contingency provisions and interface with clients and project teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in cost / commercial management across pre-contract and post-contract phases of infrastructure projects.
•Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent; professional certification a bonus (CIQS / RICS / AACE).
•Experience in cost/claims negotiations with subcontractors or general contractor exposure is a bonus.
•Knowledge and proficiency with cost estimating software used on major civil engineering projects.
•Strong analytical, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills to justify budgets and commercial positions.
