Director Revenue Recovery

Develop and execute the utility’s revenue recovery strategy to identify, recover, and prevent revenue losses from unpaid accounts, billing errors, energy theft, and metering discrepancies. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Customer Service, Field Operations, Metering, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Technology to improve collection effectiveness, reduce bad debt, manage delinquency and write-offs, and ensure regulatory compliance using predictive and advanced analytics.
