Job Summary

Own end-to-end financial performance and service delivery outcomes for a large, regional Project Accounting organization. Lead stakeholder governance, KPI ownership, performance management, and root-cause remediation across financial, operational, and SLA metrics. Provide senior oversight of project financial execution (revenue recognition, cost control, reserves, cash flow, margin) and ensure IFRS/U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance. Drive finance transformation, standardization, automation, and talent development across global delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a senior point of contact for executive stakeholders and lead governance forums, performance reviews, and escalation discussions.
•Own and govern financial, operational, and service delivery KPIs; set performance targets and reporting dashboards to track productivity, quality, timeliness, accuracy, cash flow, and margin.
•Provide senior oversight of project financial execution, including revenue recognition, cost control, reserves, and contingencies; support complex accounting judgments and risk mitigation.
•Lead root-cause analysis for KPI variances and ensure timely remediation and continuous improvement plans.
•Own finance transformation initiatives (process standardization, automation, digital enablement) and drive talent strategy and leadership development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent) preferred.
•10+ years’ progressive experience in multinational, complex organizations with significant senior leadership responsibility.
•Deep expertise in project accounting and financial performance management, including revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / IAS 11 / ASC 606) and U.S. GAAP.
•Strong understanding of project lifecycles, contract types, and commercial risk management.
•Experience with large ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, or similar).
