Build and strengthen client relationships by engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while providing an accurate, high-quality client experience and partnering with branch teams to support operational excellence.
