Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
•Partner as a trusted Solutions Architect to build technical credibility with stakeholders and drive product adoption and vision.
•Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral to increase technical knowledge and thought leadership.
•Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
•Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in the mission-critical Lakebase product line, supporting customer success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 92,300 - 130,000

Key Requirements

•10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales, with a proven track record delivering client-facing solutions.
•Credibility influencing OLTP products and using market insight to shape and prioritize roadmap capabilities.
•Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems within broader Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
•Infrastructure, platform, and administration expertise across disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out, identity and security management, and migrations (vendor-to-vendor, on-prem to cloud).
•Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
