Job Summary

Help protect shop profits as part of the Profit Protection team by investigating shrinkage trends, monitoring CCTV, and patrolling the shop floor to deter theft. You’ll be a first point of contact for profit protection issues, manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite, support investigations, and coach fellow Partners. The role includes rota-based shifts with evenings and weekends, with night premium pay for 22:00–06:00 hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate trends and report on key shrinkage themes to protect profits.
•Patrol the shop floor to deter theft and monitor CCTV for suspicious behaviour.
•Act as a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
•Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite, covering external/internal dishonesty and procedural or administrative errors.
•De-escalate conflict situations; detain or ban individuals when committing offences, and support investigations as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,000 - 41,000 annually
