Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and solve technical problems, acting as the first point of contact for factory faults and supporting installation teams.
•Build deep knowledge of current production machines and technologies and maintain oversight of their status.
•Identify recurring or structural issues and discuss with process improvement engineers to develop durable solutions.
•Monitor quality, lead time, and progress of solutions and ensure improvements are implemented on time.
•Collaborate across departments and levels within the organization to analyze problems and implement structural fixes.
