Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), and sustaining engineering activities across the product lifecycle.
  • •Set technical vision and strategic direction aligned with aerospace business objectives, ensuring delivery quality and engineering productivity.
  • •Develop and execute technology roadmaps, identify breakthrough technologies, and support technology investments.
  • •Drive operational excellence initiatives (Lean, Continuous Improvement, DFSS) and accelerate adoption of AI, automation, and digital engineering tools.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and capability development.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • •18+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or related industries (industrial, automotive, fluid power, motion control).
  • •Proven experience leading global engineering teams and complex product portfolios with strong product development and engineering operations experience.
  • •Experience leading NPI, NTI, and sustaining engineering programs across the product lifecycle.
  • •Knowledge of aerospace standards and certification processes (e.g., FAA, EASA, DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100, MIL-STD).
