Software Engineer L2 - Cloud Infrastructure

Build and maintain Twilio’s compute infrastructure for scalable, cloud-native environments. You’ll orchestrate VMs, work with AWS EC2 Auto Scaling groups, create hardened base AMIs, and secure container images while supporting legacy compute systems. The role emphasizes automation and Infrastructure as Code, monitoring/performance/disaster response, and on-call support. You’ll collaborate with architects and engineers across distributed infrastructure and document designs and runbooks.
