Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead QA and sanitation teams to ensure GMPs and sanitation meet quality standards and follow company policies.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation for GMPs, HACCP, processing analysis, and environmental monitoring.
  • •Coach and train QA & Sanitation employees, including training new hires on standard operating procedures.
  • •Inspect products/surfaces as needed using tools (e.g., thermometer, gas analyzers, food scales) and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
  • •Update quality numbers in computer systems and report food safety and quality problems and ingredient/packaging discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,800 - 63,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field.
  • •1-3 years of related experience preferred.
